Abby got a bloated contract because of how many goals he scored from taking Datsyuks pucks off his ass, Nielsen just flat out got old im guessing. He wasnt that bad last year, but father time must have caught up with him over the summer.

idk, +/- doesnt really tell the whole story, just that said player was on the ice during a goal or goal against.
Our defense is atrocious, while AA is not really known for playing very good defense. That number would be much lower with a competent defense.
Couple that with the fact that he isnt scoring goals because we cant get him the puck on a breakaway or odd-man rush because our defensive play is so weak, he doesnt really have the opportunity to raise the number by scoring some goals.

Its not all his fault, he is the kind of player who will benefit most from the players around him, and when they play poorly, he will too.
