i personally can sit there and watch a game, but i grew up playing it and i love the sport, and my team, not as big a fan as i am of hockey, but i still like it

that being said, i dont watch everygame, and i can do other things while watching it

also, i love listening to it on the radio when im in the shop. i am spoiled though, the giants have probably the best group of announcers/color/tv guys in the mlb, if not the best, top 3 for sure, and thats the opinion of lots of people not just giants fans

thinking of starting to watch baseball this season, gave it a go 2? years ago, enjoyed it but was clueless @@

Can't stand regular season baseball. Too slow and too many games.

Playoffs are fun though.

Baseball is good to switch to on commercials or intermissions. Or like dx said if youre doing something else. What is the most important though is that you're cheering for a certain team. People are able to get a kick out of plastic horses racing at an amusement park For the sole reason that they want their horse to beat the other plastic horse at the competition. Same concept with sports.

Does anyone know if they still sell C-Plus (Canadian orange pop)? I've had a case for like five years and I'm down to my last 6 or 7 cans. Haven't seen it in stores for awhile.

Certain games are good to watch...mostly playoffs or good pitcher matchups..but as much as I like baseball, I couldn't watch 162 games on a tv....They are much more entertaining in person, but obv if you can't be near one, doesn't apply.

Was a good game this afternoon. Lolorioles

This is really the only way I can do it. Baseball can't be the main event. You can say you're having a "baseball party" but really it's just an excuse to shoot shit and drink beer, then every once in a while you hear the announcer go wild and look over at the TV to see what happened, maybe ask your coworker if he saw that crazy double play last night. Full counts, perfect games, and certain hitters (Cabrera, Pujols, etc) are the only times you have your eyes glued to the screen.

The only person who sits and intently watches the game is the antisocial guy who thinks if someone notices him watching the game they'll approach him to talk about it instead of him having to start a conversation.

My uncle watches a good chunk of most jays games. The guy is the most social 75 year old business man in the city. It's just to each their own. Some people can't be paid to read a book, some people live in the books world day in and day out because they love the feeling. When you're 70 look back at yourself when you were 25 or whatever you are and you'll realize life isn't so black and white.

Orange Crush is OK but CPlus is/was so much better. Also a lot healthier too, at least relative to other pop.
