So I have one of those battery saver apps right

It often says 78 apps running in the background draining battery, kill now/optimize?
I say yes of course
It kills the apps or whatever it does

Then two minutes later theyre just all up and running again

So if I'm not sitting here pushing optimize every six seconds, its really accomplishing nothing.

How do I REALLY fix this problem?

Example:
NHL app is using 0.87% power.
I kill it or auto kill it
One minute later, NHL app is running anyways using 0.87% power.

So killing an app does nothing...

I don't know anything but my suggestion would be saving whatever you have and wiping your phone :D

That's what this is.
It "kills" the apps that are running.
But as soon as its done killing them, the app programming says "start running again" and they all boot back up.
App makers man :(

Disable the apps you do not use, like go to settings and disable it from ever running again.
Disable does not mean 'kill', kill just means stop running it, but ofc it can reboot itself no problem.

I've saved like 6 hours on my battery by disabling all the stupid stock apps that come with Samsung phones

It's your background data you have to turn off.
Nhl Is always running that's why you get updates on scores or trades your team does

Your phone comes with the tools necessary to see what's running and turn off/disable them when you want. Downloading another app to do it slows you down as the app itself is always running.

I'm no tech guy, but that's what I've noticed using this shitty Galaxy phone.
