if he actually uses his gun to kill Rittenhouse then he's the one on trial in self-defense and his argument is like, yeah no shit it looked like an active shooter gunning people down. and he walks easily, at least on any murder charges. maybe he gets hit with a gun charge but if Rittenhouse didn't he probably wouldn't have either.

Except your whole "what if" falls apart when it comes to light that Rittenhouse only fired upon those who were trying to do him arm. And NOT firing indiscriminately into a crowd of people. No active shooter.
Prosecutor tried that and failed. Cmon man. Try harder
