I agree that the man is not innocent, but just because you are guilty of a crime doesnt mean you are fair game for police execution.

e/ Also Amount of shots is irrelevant, cops are trained not to draw their weapon unless they have already deemed it necessary to stop the target with lethal force, the tests for which are active and present threat to the officer or another person.
Once you draw weapon, you have deemed that the target requires lethal force and you aim to kill. Target centermass for least risk of strays. Shoot until threat eliminated.
guy ran from a routine stop into a park assaulted the officer trying to get his tazer then runs away isnt a threat to people becasue hes running away unarmed? the dude tried to arm himself as far as im concerned
