Update on the highway shooter:
Reports of rounds fired at cars around north territorial rd at us-23 and 96.
Within minutes state troopers converged on multiple suspects all of whom are in hand cuffs.
Early reports are that none of the apprehended individuals are the guilty party.

That is two mikes from my house. Someone is firing a rifle at cars on the highway every day or so for over a week.
