but ya, do what the guy does in the vid,

plug the video card into monitor with the motherboard/ram/power supply connected to see if nothing is wrong,
BEFORE you install anything into the case. Cos if something is wrong, it'd be a bitch to take it all out from the case and figure out which part is dead.
it's rare a component is dead on arrival, but it happens. But all the stuff u bought is quality stuff so it should be even more rare of it happening.
