Conservatives were the only party really going for the win last night, i'm traditionally a conservative voter but the party has been a mess, this guy seems dialed in a bit more than previous candidates

I also have a marxist lenninist party candidate in my riding so the decision will be tough

The format was actually well made I think, I enjoyed it. That being said…

BQ is so cringy, hard to listen to him honestly.

Singh is so disappointing, he can’t answer a single question without spending half of his allotted time making a petty remark towards Otoole or Trudeau

Whoever wins is going to have a minority government and Canada will stagnate for the next “x” number of years.

to be fair to O'Toole he's clearly a notch above Trudeau and Singh as a politician. that said he's flipped flopped like a fish on most policies so it's hard to tell what he'll actually do with the CPC in power - following up on his promises vs pandering to his base?

debates in general are ass nowadays, they're essentially charisma statchecks when there's too many things to go through at the same time. they need to spread them out to focus on specific topics.

i didnt watch th last debate and i dont watch them all i caught bits and pieces but imo what ive seen so far

ndp just constantly offers unrealistic shit that sounds super good and then has no way to go about doing what they say
conservatives just shit talks the other parties and acts like they are they best choice just cause
liberals try to outline a plan but its like were you even prepared you called this shit

Yeah O'Toole is a politician through and through, not necessarily a good thing, actually more than likely a bad thing. He sets the bar for climate targets real low and his economic plan is oil oil oil tax tax tax
