Furthermore there have been reports of players being paid their signing bonuses late.
They will most likely lose Taylor Hall to free agency.
And... To top it all off they have lost a slough of draft picks because they were convicted of violating combine rules.
All of that is not even enough to get the team to relocate. I don't know what it will take in all honesty.
I think Gary and the league will do anything they can to prop up deadweight.
Expansion would be the more likely scenario to add additional teams to the league. That comes with a franchise fee of hundreds of millions though.
