I thought this was behaviour everyone grew out of eventually lol.

The "You're all 30 plus" thread makes this look like even more of a mess.

In the teens/early 20's this type of behavior is fairly common and does not draw much attention. When you are 30+ doing this kind of thing (allegedly) it is a pretty big wtf is this guy thinking moment.

I feel ya. Although I did not have, for the most part the top tier gear. Every ladder I got lazy and did not resell my stuff haha.

Figured I might want to go back and play that character again so I kept the gear.

Then it just eventually expired. Bad habit I never broke.

as somebody who deleted my hcnl characters every reset for the name cause nobody played hcnl my scnl just kinda sat there for me
i really only used sc to pvp once hacks became really bad on d2 cause hc dueling was unrealistic anymore
