Anyone know how to recover an old account on this site?

I have a friend who hasn't logged in in years that is coming back for D2R but he doesn't remember his password or recovery email.

Best chance is to remember the pass. Otherwise you really need a med/mod on your side. If he’s ever bought fg then it’s a lot easier.

He thinks he does know his password but it has expired/no longer be valid under the new password rules so it wont work. Not sure. Never bought FG though.

Probably used a burner email. Join date is 2006 and last used his account in 2016. He know what his password was, he thinks it just doesnt work anymore.

I just updated my email on this acct not too long ago like when sp and some others had issues

It was the same email I register with a long long time ago that I hadn’t used in like 8+ years
