English is more of an unifying language in Nigeria, she probably spoke more in a language like Yoruba or Hausa before coming over.

Regardless the point is she actually thinks thats a good paragraph, and that shes a good english speaker!

The other day she was telling me she speaks 8 languages, Korean among them.

so i asked how do you say my name is saba in Korean, oh i dont know.

Okay how do you ask what time it is? oh i dont know.

Okay how do you ask where the bathroom is? Oh i dont know.

THEN YOU DONT SPEAK KOREAN


This woman needs to stop. pick one language and actually get it right.

look i type bad i dont deny it but my english is far from broken
tbh when i hear people talk sometimes it drives me nuts because they add random words that make what they are saying mean something totally different

Most Nigerians in university over here at upper middle class or straight up upper class. They go to expensive private schools where they are taught proper British English. Don't understand how one of them could write so poorly. Usually even if they don't talk like we do they write really well.
