So I am trying to eat healthier snacks and it is quite peculiar to me.
Ate a large bowl of strawberries and blueberries and it feels like I have no eaten anything at all lol.
Not going to be easy to swap out chocolate bars and chips for healthier snacks but I will give it a go for a couple weeks and if I see some results I will stick with it.
Being off work for the week is a good time to start a bit of a health challenge.
i looked into this recently i forget whats its caleld but there is a chemical that gets sent to your brain saying "im full"
some people have low amount of this and thats sometimes what causes overeating
there is certain foods i think bananna? is one of them that has it that actually has the chemical so when you eat them it gets sent saying im full
if you are trying to swap over to healthier eating id look into the benefits of certain fruits and stuff there is vids on youtube
like iirc berries are really good calorie burning and low fat but in terms of filling yo up they dont really hit the spot they are something good to throw in as an additive or something sorta deal
im not a super healthy eater or anything so dont come to me for advice

but ive been looking into it trying to do the change myself
