Ah lame so eliminated teams get a free revert, doesn't seem fair but oh well.

the thinking is at least the regular season has a big enough sample size to see who the top people were. the play offs never really got off the ground.

waiting on ^stealth as its his run game. but it seems like thats how all the leagues are going to break down. at least as a yahoo standard

The first round sure got off the ground, was settled and completed with new match up awaiting depending on league settings of course :P

I'm assume discarding playoff was just the easiest option for yahoo instead of having to figure out remainder tie payouts vs definitive standing pre-playoff

so its ok for you to accept season ended stats on plinko, but dont want to do it hear? think you should have to do it consistently either way. ever heard pick a lane?

There's no h2h playoffs in plinko though,so it's really not the same thing.

In this league the first round was already completed and there were only 4 teams who still had a shot at winning. What I would do is split amongst the remaining 4, either 1/4 to everyone or maybe have some payouts based on the regular season standing (between the remaining 4 again).

Prize pool split 60-40 or something. 60 goes to regular season top players, 40 to remaining playoff players?

Lol? Was part of this pot already paid out?

And 2 players were already dead in the water with 0 chance of winning from being eliminated by a higher seed

Getting a 2nd chance seems unfair to me is all i'm saying.

Expressing my opinion and being honest here.

What I was thinking is something like 45/30/15/10 between the remaining 4, but using our regular season standing.

So you would place 1st, I would place 2nd, Mr. Hockey 3rd and SicKid 4th.

I think that would be the fairest way to do it.
