Dallas is alergic to hat-tricks. Just like they're alergic to empty netters.

LOL, that Jamie Benn missed hat trick on the empty netter late in the game. Are the hockey Gods just smiling down on the Stars or what? It wasn't an easy look from center ice but he just missed. At least the Stars won despite being 1.5:1 road underdogs. That top line of Brenden Morrow, Jamie Benn and Jaromir Jagr seems like they can do some real damage moving forward. Maybe the Ray Whitney injury was a blessing in disguise.

Eh I don't know. Morrow's had 2 good games in a row but that doesn't make up for 7 awful games. I'd rather have Whitney in the top 6 because I can't count on Morrow.

And yes I know I'm psychic.

Benn obviously played well offensively but he also gave up on the play on Hejduk's goal :P

Did a good job on skating back hard but then once he caught up he just let Hejduk go to the net and pot the rebound.

Do you guys think the Stars will win at Edmonton tonight or is it a bit of a trap game? They're 1:1.2 small underdogs. I think the top line will continue to play well and Dallas will score a lot more goals during the next few weeks. Jamie Benn, in particular, is going to take over on the offensive end. All he needed was to score a goal to get him going this season and he ended up with two in the last game.

The scheduled time was off. The Stars live pre-game show is on FSN Houston right now.

I hope the Stars win. Game time should be in a couple of minutes.

Only fitting that Jaromir Jagr scored the game-winning goal in Overtime against the Oilers. The Stars can hopefully go on a roll and string together some wins. They're going to beat the Ducks on Friday Night to make it three wins in a row.
