Sounds like all the insiders believe that a Kesler trade isn't close 'cause the Canucks aren't getting the value they want.

Guess we won't see the trade at the draft, and perhaps not this summer at all Disappoint

maybe for you nucks fans who cant attract players but philly can still be pretty attractive to players specially now we have a goalie
id just like to see what kinda wingers and shit hes looking at even if it is just that ... lets me know hes out there pokin around seein whats up with what we need and not adding more centers

It still shows insight into the type of guys who teams are looking for even if it is passing interest. Hell, for all I care they can report hextall contacted all but three guys, that's still interesting to speculate why he doesn't want those three.

Doesn't bug me at all. Just saying that every team talks to pretty much every agent and kicks tires and a ton of players they aren't seriously considering. I don't see how these things count as actual rumors.

It's significant information if you look past the single reports. If 20 teams talk to Bolland and he hasn't signed anywhere come August 15th, idk about you but that piques interest.

i honestly dont get why people act like this is a common theme in philly yeah the bryz contract didnt work out and the special buyouts came so they took it instead of risking it
they bouught our briere who was a pre cap era contract FA that had like half the league trying to sign him
people say the vinny contract is bad thats why were trying to shop him ... honestly no we signed him to be the 2c becasue bschenn was lookin iffy but last season he looked like a top 6 making vinny expendable
yeah he was on the 4th line at the end of the year becasue our centers were giroux schenn couts and vinny said he would rather play c on the 4th then winger on 2nd and schenn was better at center then wing also berube tried a schenn-vinny-simmer line
