In all honesty PoCo is not bad though.

Lots of parks and the city has done a good job preserving the natural beauty of the area.

I fucking hate strata and wish I could afford detached but I am just grateful to be in the market with how ridiculous prices are.

Honestly with how bad certain areas of the DTES have become I am surprised all the property owners in the area have not come together to withhold property taxes.

When Yaletown residents complained the city diverted enforcement into the area out of fear.

People still pay 2k a month to rent a shoebox in Gastown and walk in needles so they can't be too unhappy.

I read an article on Yahoo that someone was renting a 72 SQ FT apartment for $1,200/month, it's almost as impressive that a 21 year old could pay that rent

all that extra bullshit to deal with just so you can go to a park or by nearby good restaurants smh not worth it imo
half the reason they probably even care about restaurant quality so much is they cant cook for shit in there and probably eat out all the time

ya i dont get it... i know nyc is expensive and u get less bang for the buck but a 72 sqft place shouldn't be a thing outside of freaking hong kong lol
