My brother is about to sell his condo. 90s, ground floor 800 sqft. Woidframe leaky condo. No amenities. Located in the asshole of Surrey. Broken into by crackheads. Sleazy strata who didn't want to fix damage to the balcony then fined him for fixing it himself. 350K ask. He paid 180K in 2012.

Within a week, three offers all above ask. Highest is 375K.

Amazing how you have multiple bids above asking when there is obvious problems with the building and neighborhood.

Must have got a flat tire a block or two away from home.

Noticed the last couple turns I made felt a bit tight.

Got out of my car and heard a loud hissing noise.

Fun time to watch the rest of the air go out of the tire.

Having BCAA is nice atleast. Don't have to fiddle around changing a spare and it is not half flat.


Probably go into a shop in the morning to get rid of the spare. Work can wait. Don't feel comfortable going on the highway with a temporary tire.
