i just noticed we had a game yesterday
they gave mackenna the start? thats not good for hart unless neuvy is hurt again
although mackenna looked pretty bad in the highlights so maybe not a big deal for hart

We have so many other problems than goalie. It’s funny because we have used 7 goalies this year when I think our biggest issues have been our defense and scoring.

i agree our goaltending wasnt the issue if it wasnt for injuries
defense even provy has looked a bit off but i think thats mostly because he seems like our only good d man and they just overwork the shit out of him
as for the goals our PP is 13.3%(29th) its been sooooo bad and we relied on it so much between the D break downs and no ppg we cant win

if we were to improve anything id say we need to add a top 4 D as main priority
that would result in less break downs resulting in grade A opportunities which has cost us soooo many games when we do score

i think a good vet NHL coach that the players could respect could help a lot too this team needs structure it look like pond hockey out there some nights

Nuvy woulda let up 7 goals tn if he was in there. Dude is atleast part of the reason, not the sole reason but they suck and it’s because nuvy and scrubs like pickard letting up 5-6 goals a game and not being able to stop a volleyball.
Defense didnt get nearly as much heat imo because doesnt matter how good they are when the goalie cant stop a damn thing. Granted provy has looked pretty bad this year. They just arent good thats the realistic and sad part to it all

i slept through the game but watching highlights hart looked really good
even the offense looked pretty good idk if the stars were shit or what but lots of odd man rushes and chances for flyers


and yeah neuvirth is a lost cause at this point injuries have rekt him guy can barely stay healthy let alone play some quality hockey

i feel like our teams are almost mirror images of eachother

poor goaltending
underachievers
no structure/bad system

blues need a goalie and big name coach as well, guess well have to fight for it

must be the brayden schenn factor
