It's impossible to buy a house in Florida(Tampa Area at least) right now, everyone is paying cash and they sell in days

crazy how I made like 110k working 9.5 months last year and I still have problem finding a house that make sense to buy


how does the poor folks do ffs

i technically make more than that last year and im still priced out haha

with that said having a wife and kid severely hampers my saving abilities
