Well, it's a checkpoint for everyone. So they can ask what your name is, what your address is and owner of vehicle based on the Motor Vehicle Act.
So if you say you're from coquitlam, and you got stopped going into vancouver, their probable cause would be like asking why you're breaking restriction to go outside your health authority region. They dont have to ask where you're going, cuz they already know you went from your address to vancouver lol, unless they're asking for simplicity so like you say for work, provide proof and done
I think you can remain to stay silent, and get fined but why do that if u got nothing to hide
