Haha I guess it depends on the terminal, but it's pretty chill most of the time. It's usually the management VS union crap if there is any toxicity.
Also depends how you deal with it, like I don't stress about it at all and make them regret their dumb decisions all the time. For example, this manager got bitter af cuz we take late lunch breaks so we can go home an hour early. So he says no more of that shit and take ur lunch after 4.5 to 5hrs of shift. I just say sure man, and when we are at customers tracks about to do the work, it's time for lunch! Get cabbed back to the office, eat, chill, cab back. 1hr wasted, with angry customer cuz they pay their workers 50 to 100 bux an hr to stand around doing nothing til we deliver the cars haha
