I have family that work with MLSE they are actually quite efficient IMO i think he made good changes and was clearly able to act on his ideas for TFC and RAPS Ultimately i think coming to Toronto and making a few changes was a bridge for him moving elsewhere though, I don't think the split ownership of the company was the problem, If it was how did he get his plan for the raps new Practice center to be moments away from execution.

All you have to do is pick one of bell rogers to keep happy and Tanebaum is the swing vote. even if we presume bell and rogers are at odds. which i doubt as they all want to make money and it's not different than the interests of other profit driven owners
