i went to a middle school that was grade 6-8

most are 1-8 around here but there are a few middle schools

Depends on the district. Only thing that's consistent is 9-12 are freshman through senior year of high school. For me, K-5 was elementary, 6-8 was middle, 9-12 was high school.

kendricks album is pretty solid, i don't like him very much though, but its good for modern rap

I think you are right and middle school is 6-8

I wasnt sure becasue i went to a school that was junior-middle JK-8 all in one school

Grade 8's in highschool? That's asking for trouble. At least when a 13 year old is in middle school, it's sort of (but not really taboo) for them to date a high schooler. If they're in the same school, imagine a girl who just turned 13 dating a 18-19 year old victory lap student. Sure it happens.
