Why are prices super high on runes? Did they actually eliminate bots and dupes?

i just found a jah few mins before server restart :thumbsup:
i honestly think the 10 mins or so pre restart u get bonus drops cuz every time i do a run before a server restart i find something good

but damn a fuckin jah rune boys
