3.5 miles on the treadmill yesterday.

Did shit-all today but going the next two days probably.


EDIT -- Got back on my 120 sit-ups a day routine (60 when I wake up and 60 before bed).

Wut... isn't eating smaller meals more often better for the metabolism?

I don't think it's scientifically proven but I definitely follow it. I make sure to wait 3 hours to sleep after eating. If I get hungry late I'll have a few spoons of greek yogurt.

I've lost 80 pounds since August. I weighed 270 and I'm now down to 190. I will tell you it's 80% diet and 20% work out routine.

this depends a lot, but in general for weightloss its the diet that makes you go up, not the lack of excercise

Well, I am going to use this thread to track my health and fitness levels from now until the Spartan Race in August.

Want to do at least the Spartan Beast(about 12.5 miles with over 25 obstacles).



Currently:
6'3" 181 lbs.

Right now I am nursing an injured tendon in my right knee, so running is off the books for a week or 2(hopefully not longer), so right now it is gonna be all upper body and core.

wednesday was first day of the year i went for a jog and did a 3km (then i stopped because i had to shit so bad)
i did 6.9 km in 36 minutes tuesday
and going in about 15 minutes tonight
