Huge paws for a kitten.

What are some of the differences between these type of breeds and a regular cat?

It is circling the drain right now that is for sure.

Still like it here for the most part but that is going to quickly change if major policy changes are not made.

Pretty well everyone I grew up with has moved out of their hometown of Richmond due to a high cost of living.

Those who remain are renting and struggling to keep the bills paid.

A generation ago the majority of families were homeowners and could afford to go on nice vacations every year with average jobs.

Good luck with that now....

Downtown Vancouver has turned from a place of beauty to a festering shithole for the most part during my 15 years exploring down there.

'progressive' policy has destroyed the lower mainland I once knew, yet there is still this prevailing belief that a high cost of living and a bleeding heart philosophy is going to make things better.

I recently watched 'Fight for the Soul of Seattle' on youtube. Eerily similar to what is happening in downtown Vancouver.

Yeah it’s fucked and disappointing.

Thankfully I’m in a good career easily transferable to USA so I may consider it one day for better pay, lower cost of living, better weather etc

both my cats are highland lynx

big paws for one
they can have up to 10 fingers

mines have between 5 and 6 on each paws

the ears are curled

they usually have short tail or none at all

they also have fur so if you are allergic to cat, you'll be fine

and they are just like dogs

they do tricks like fetching from day 1

so the cat have an unique look but also an unique character that most cat do not have

theres a guy that races around here that has one and he puts it on a leash and harness and brings it to the race track, it will walk around like a dog, but mostly likes laying across his shoulder or on the car in the sun
