I mean, I’ll bet the left nut of my first born son that humans will require another vaccine at some point. Seems like sound logic and a responsible decision to have something in place before that happens.

When i say its late i mean in every way, late for the current pandemic and late period

kinda makes sense for Canada to not have the capacity. we have few diseases to vaccinate for, we aren't very populous and we don't have biotech megacorps that already export shit all over the world. some poorer countries have the capacity because they're used to making vaccines for all types of crap that kills a lot of their people every year.
