obviosly judgement is the most important factor to police when determining how to go about certain situations. if they are racing against the clock to save the building from blowing up by terrorist attack, they obviously will do anything in their power to find the building and protect it. even if it means a bit of an agressive tone because of their dire need to hurry things up. thing is though, we dont know. what i do know is i can see the difference between a circumstance like that, and the attitude towards power that vanished and dx are defending.
