Had a high school teacher who interviewed for the RCMP. Got asked a question if he would do anything he was told even if he thought it was wrong. He said no, shook hands with the interviewer than walked out.

Congrats though, it's a good job and something to be proud of.

There will be some tough things to do as a RCMP constable that city cops generally dont have to deal with.
One is peaceful protesting by Aboriginals for example. I'd have to forcible remove them if that was the orders, which, would be a bit internally disturbing to me.. but.. it comes with the job.
