Haha I told my story a few days ago but it was horrible. The sales people were nice enough when I was ordering, called me as soon as I put in the order. After that though was just a nightmare. It took over two months to be delivered despite being charged immediately and although the sales guy assured me I could call him with questions, I was never able to reach him again. They shipped me a different laptop with far inferior specs with no explanation or warning. Had to send back immediately and took them weeks to refund.
Maybe I just had a bad experience but while I was dealing with this I read lots of stories of poor customer service.
Bad luck i guess. Ive sent a total of 2 laptop to their repair center, both took 2 week from the moment that i sent the laptop to the moment when i get it back.
Also i got refunded a laptop, took a couple of days to receive the refund.
