Jesus, i have a friend that's a teacher in B.C. and he falls in the recent category to get the vaccine early regardless of his age. However, he was thinking about refusing it and just waiting for his age group because he was told they'd be getting the AstraZeneca.
He was concerned about the blood clots and some countries in euro pulling out, and the low efficacy ~60% compared to pfizer/moderna's 95/94.
I guess they're reasonable concerns, but i'd hope he would look into it further considering he's a teacher, than briefly coming to a conclusion himself from brief take on news headlines and having no idea what efficacy means and spreading false news to his students or his co workers etc. lol
I dont think many realize or even bothered to look up that EMA could not find any evidence of blood clots being the cause from AstraZeneca vaccine. There was like what? 20ish in 20mil?? If anything, that's lower than the amount of people who do get blood clots without taking the vaccine, so in the same illogical way of thinking, might as well say that it prevents blood clots

When there is no evidence showing it does.
What's important is that taking any of these vaccine prevents you dying from Covid, thus it would end this pandemic faster. Take any vaccine you're offered boys, unless you're anti-vax or whatever, u do u.
This video sums it up nicely, my buddy decided to take the vaccine and is planning to show this to his students lol
