Lenovo fucked me over once and I will never use them again. I ordered a nice laptop, at some point after the order it was discontinued but they never said anything. 2 months after ordering a laptop appears with specs that don't even begin to match what I purchased and a completely different style. Again, that's without them telling me a god damn thing. Took another month or two to get a refund even though it was sent back the next day.

After that I bought a Sager and it's been great for me. The customer service was good too.
