- have cells 1-24 as todays date, cells 25-48 as tomorrows day, 49 - 72 as the following day etc etc for the next month. (cells 1-24 because 24 hour time period. got that np)
- have certain cells that output a random variable between 0.002 - 0.

looks like you have multiple time stamps each day

and then a corresponding set of data in D through J
