Wouldn't it be better if you took their money and booked the tickets yourself early, so you know how many people will be going? That way it'll be easier to book the stuff you're doing in Vegas (if it's not just gambling and strippers).

Well we are going in like 6 months so still very early, but the sooner the better.

And collecting money from people in advance is easier said than done. Some of them were planning on using their credit card to pay everything and only 1 guy has the money right now aside from the groom and I. So it's a shitshow which is why I didn't know what to do lol

Figured using a middleman would take the burden off of me. Just for the flights and rooms anyways (who needs a room?)
