Anyone ever have a knot really high on their neck? Can barely turn my neck without it hurting like a bitch. I was stupidly trying to fix my chair posture at work yesterday and it's either pulled or knotted.

I have had pain in my neck the last few weeks and giving me head aches. Think muscles are too tense or the way I work, pretty annoying

my job pay us a chiropractic every 2 weeks
back, neck, joint, everything

Yeah my insurance pays 1000$ per year for chiro/massages etc

I usually get a few massages per yer, I think I should try chiro soon
