There are probably other apps for that but I know for sure you can stream on twitch while playing.
Can get camera to show you playing as well very easily

I use it every day. To turn on my TV, browse internet and stuff :)

Some games rarely now, but that's because I haven't had much time I guess. Mostly watch hockey during hockey season.
