Idk, im not so sure id consider this absolutely 100% dirty as it didnt look to be high, looked like point of contact and follow-through was in the upper chest/shoulder area, there was reason for him to be skating as fast as he was, and he certainly wouldnt have had any opportunity to stop after the puck went in.
It certainly wasnt charging you need two or more distinct strides with the sole purpose of laying a body check, he was rushing down as fast as he could to try to negate the empty net goal, so i dont think you can call it charging.
The hit didnt really look high, to me it looked like point of contact was the upper chest followed through the shoulder.
It was probably unnecessary in the grand scheme of the game as a whole, but going as fast as he was without time to stop or turn away, what do expect him to do?
I didnt watch the game, just saw the end on replay, but i would definitely hesitate to call this dirty.

could've 100% saved the goal but was frustrated with what happened earlier and decided to blow a guy up

said 3-4 earlier but should be at least 4-5 or rest of the series

I don’t mind it. About to score against you in a playoff game, less than a second earlier it would have prevented it. Fair game imho.

Hit was purposely hard but clean imo

2 players backchecking for a loose puck so distance is eliminated imo
I fail to see 3 strides since he slows down approaching the faceoff circles
Never left his feet until after the contact which is normal
Elbow stayed tucked in the entire time
So it's hard for me to say he was targeting his head because at the point of contact, Evans faced him but lowered his head and still took most of the blow on the upper body (I think his head took more damage from the ice)

However, there is no doubt that he had no intention of playing the puck so maybe get suspended for that
