depends on what games. 980 will soon not be enough because games need more than 4gb memory already with 1080p. wqhd and uhd? better wait for a new gpu
anyway you don't need max settings in everything. not much difference

I don't play much games that require crazy computer specs anyways. Some HotS and Overwatch when it comes out. Just want it to be smooth on high settings.

bb spent big bucks so his pc can run new games on max settings for like 5+years the more you spend the longer it lasts vs new technology
but if your just using it to surf porn and stuff and not game why not get a laptop?

yeah laptops tend to get warm they got stands n shit for that though
also if you were to get a new laptop the new ones are likely much better then your current and wouldnt be running as hot due to being less stressed
but if ur that worried get a pc lol there doesnt seem t obe too many bang for your buck deals anymore shit advances so fast andp rices are keeping up with them lol

yeah maybe get the gtx 750 or w/e its like $150 maybe even cheaper now could run most new games decently iirc
i havnt even seen whats out anymore everytime i start looking at shit anything iwant is way out of my price range lol
except for ram.. that shits cheap as balls but what good is ram with no MB and cpu? haha

i got this laptop 2 years ago

this pc is half the cost and got it 6+ years ago


so yes i am getting a pc as i dont have my own
