1) with good headphone, you need an amp.
2) with good headphonne, you don't listen music on youtube
3) with good headphone, you need a soundcard
4) one cable with you headphone is already a nightmare, imagine with two! (separate mic)

Its sure that good headphone with a separate mic is better than a headset for audiophile, but not everone are.

E: hyperx cloud headset is good for price/quality
