wuts better poured concrete or block foundation?

Poured is better for water proofing iirc

from what i know neither has a big advantage ... a block foundation can be as strong if not stronger with supports.

alot of the times the decision is just based on cost and what not..

both would have to have a waterproof system. neither are waterproof
