Caron has been on waivers for the last 2-3 seasons

No cap room

It was either him or marchand

Plus this was his final year, bruins cant afford to resign him next year

Don't worry about it. Losing Boychuk isn't major, we have the depth and youth for it.
Iginla hurts, but balance will keep up as the top. Krejci & Bergeron will handle their lines. 3rd & 4th we'll see, I'm not worried about it at all. Got a top 3 goalie also for the next several years with Bergeron and Krejci.

Been good for a while, salary cap had to hit us sometime.
