I would guess that those grip tension things, i forget what they are called would be good.
but ya im sure you can find the info online, you probably need something for resistance though,
hope it looks up bud. Definitely take it for another x-ray when the swelling is down if they didn't see anything the first time.
and baby it, dont try to rush back to sports or intensive workouts, as i say im pretty sure i have messed with ankle up a bit for life. im babying it this time but too late
