Probably a dumb question

but is there a rule against moving players down to AHL during playoffs? also it leafs they could have done pre-playoffs :P

or is it jsut a player morale thing?

AKA why isnt morgan rielly beast mode on marlies atm? he's got a 2-way after all

they have to have played majority of the season in AHL

Not even that. Rielly could have joined the Marlies but they decided team canada would be a better experience

Would have got more games in playing AHL but i guess playing with too easy competition could be bad for him

I feel like young players are obligated to say yes to team canada or it ruins their chances at Olympic team if it's close between 2 players
