You got it sideways, Miller parents have encouraged his behavior and the only apologies he's issued have been forced ones.

He's basically been a cartoon villain to a disabled kid for years, doesn't show remorse and his family abates him. Not exactly a great guy to share a locker room with or sell as a role model to fans.
