to me that's the defining factor, if there is evidence to show he was informed and decided to not pay then he needs to be tagged.

If as ewok calims he didnt know till he had a debt outstanding until he was tagged it should be removed. if he willfully did not honor the bet he should remain tagged.

Of course, just like people in the other forums will. It gets more out of proportion over there because there's a bigger community and more spillover between multiple sports.
