cause he small and bad defense. luckily Habs get high picks in the worst three drafts of the past 20 years. zero PPG players, zero #1 dmen.

Small doesn't really mean anything, he's getting better defensively.

He'll probably never be a #1 defensive option but there is lots of recent history of #1 D-men on successful/championship teams not playing on the shutdown pair anyway.
