I like Kassian over jensen on the first.

They need a net front presence, Jensen isn't that.

He'd be better suited with Matthias or Bonino

/e I'm really excited to see horvat and virtanen in preseason though

Yeah, you can switch those two. But I like the thought of the second line the way it is 'cause Kassian can pass and Cammy can shoot, plus they'll all be decent on the boards.

I don't know if Jensen would work in the bottom-6, so that's why I put Burrows there instead.

Definitely going to be an exciting camp, like you said. Lots of kids fighting for spots, you gotta think at least one will impress.

Was no secret that they were wanted to draft a BC boy. They pushed hard for Reinhart but had to settle for Virtanen. At least he possesses a skill-set that we currently don't have in our prospect pool.

Sigh, not impressed with goalie selection with 36th pick.

I wonder when we'll draft a D-man worthy of note, lol.

Oy Vey :D

- Smallish center that plays a more skilled game than grinder game, but is still decent defensively. Probably more suited to be a winger.
- About ready to make the jump the NHL, might need another year in the AHL (22 years old)
- Did well between Toffoli and Pearson on the Kings' AHL team
- Came late to practice because he was upset about being sent down to the minors

lol don't know much about him so I can't really comment

66th overall pick - Nikita Tryamkin

Big 6'7 230lb D-man from Russia.

Older guy, will be 20 by the time camp starts, but won't come over for another 2 years 'cause of his KHL contract.

Really improved in the KHL this season and was very good for Russia's gold medal winning WJC team.

Hard shot, decent puck skills, okay skating for his giant size. Needs to work on positioning and decision-making.
