Weighed myself at 236 yesterday, down 7 pounds from the last weigh-in I did and down a solid 55+ pounds from the highest weight I've ever clocked myself in at.

Still a ton of work to do, I ideally want to get to be around 200 before seriously trying to put on muscle and all that.

Did good today specifically, kept my calories low, ate some carrots and whatnot, played basketball for about an hour and a quarter then hit the gym for about 45 minutes.

You know you will burn more calories if you lift some weights and put on some muscle first/during right? Often that means your weight will stay the same, but your bmi will improve. I'd rather see my body image change more than the scale. Losing pounds doesn't mean a whole lot if you're not gaining muscle at the same time.
