what do you mean by 2x 3x and 4x spot

The guy in the 4x exp spot gets 8 Quest turn ins 4 Az, 4 Finish Act
3 guy gets 6
2 guy gets 4

I kill azmodan, everyone leaves the game, when you press resume, it keeps you on that quest and you can complete two quests
Then the 4xp guy leaves his game, joins the 3rd xp guy, gets 2 more quests,
Then they both join the 2nd xp guy, get 2 more quests
Then they all rejoin my azmodan kill and get 2 more quests
Rinse repeat.
